Pr\u00e9figur\u00e9e par l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation E+\/C- (\u00c9nergie positive &amp; R\u00e9duction Carbone), cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation poursuit trois objectifs majeurs\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> et la d\u00e9carbonation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>diminution de l\u2019impact carbone<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un <strong>confort accru en cas de canicule<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La RE 2020 entend atteindre ces objectifs en agissant sur l\u2019isolation, les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, de rafra\u00eechissement et de ventilation. Les crit\u00e8res d\u2019attribution du label HQE prennent en compte\u00a0:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le niveau d\u2019\u00e9mission de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la Qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019Air Int\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gestion des ressources.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le niveau de consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Le label BBCA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(B\u00e2timent Bas Carbone)\u00a0: il r\u00e9compense les constructions exemplaires en mati\u00e8re d\u2019empreinte carbone. Il prend en compte la construction du b\u00e2timent, son exploitation, l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s, le recours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>BEPOS (B\u00e2timent \u00e0 \u00c9nergie Positive)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0: il identifie les b\u00e2timents produisant plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019ils n\u2019en consomment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de sources renouvelables.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Le label BBC-Effinergie (B\u00e2timent Basse Consommation \u2013 Effinergie)\u00a0: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il r\u00e9compense les constructions \u00e0 consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique r\u00e9duite pour le chauffage, l\u2019\u00e9clairage, la production d\u2019eau chaude et la ventilation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)\u00a0: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ce label am\u00e9ricain est reconnu en France. Il prend en compte la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9cologiques et la gestion des d\u00e9chets pour \u00e9valuer la durabilit\u00e9 de la performance environnementale du b\u00e2timent.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>La certification NF Habitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0: d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l\u2019organisme Qualitel, elle atteste la qualit\u00e9 et la performance du logement. Elle est rendue obligatoire 21 ans plus tard pour tous les logements par l<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000000862344\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 24 mars 1982<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La d\u00e9pression cr\u00e9\u00e9e favorise l\u2019aspiration de l\u2019air sain ext\u00e9rieur par les grilles d\u2019a\u00e9ration des fen\u00eatres. S\u2019il permet une bonne qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur, ce syst\u00e8me de ventilation \u00e0 simple flux ne favorise pas l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent.
