El problema<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De una empresa de la provincia de Vizcaya nos llega una consulta para evacuar el agua pulverizada utilizada en un tratamiento de pulido del m\u00e1rmol.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Datos_a_tener_en_cuenta\"><\/span>2. Datos a tener en cuenta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En el proceso de pulido se trabaja en una mesa sobre la cual hay una campana de captaci\u00f3n de 2,5 m de largo por 0,2 m de ancho. El borde de la campana est\u00e1 a 5 cm de la zona de generaci\u00f3n del agua pulverizada.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Determinacion_de_las_necesidades\"><\/span>3. Determinaci\u00f3n de las necesidades<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La determinaci\u00f3n del caudal necesario en captaciones mediante campanas viene dado en funci\u00f3n de las dimensiones de la propia campana, la altura a la que se encuentra del punto de emisi\u00f3n y la velocidad de captaci\u00f3n necesaria.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, al tratarse de agua pulverizada casi al nivel de vapor, se considera una velocidad de captaci\u00f3n de 1 m\/s. Para obtener el caudal necesario se aplica la siguiente f\u00f3rmula:<\/p>\n<p><b>Q = P x h x Vc x 3.600<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De donde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Q = Caudal necesario en m3\/h<\/li>\n<li>P = Per\u00edmetro libre de la campana en m.<\/li>\n<li>h = Altura de la campana a la zona de captaci\u00f3n en m.<\/li>\n<li>Vc = Velocidad de captaci\u00f3n en m\/s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con los datos que disponemos: Q = 5,4 x 0,05 x 1 x 3.600 = 972 m3\/h<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que el caudal necesario se considera de 972 m3\/h.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_La_solucion\"><\/span>4. La soluci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dadas las dimensiones de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solerpalau.es\/es-es\/hojas-tecnicas-campanas-de-extraccion\/\">campana<\/a> y para repartir mejor el caudal de aire extra\u00eddo, se propone instalar dos conductos de 150 mm de di\u00e1metro, a unos 70 cm de cada uno de los bordes de la campana, que a su vez convergen en un conducto general de 200 mm al cual se conecta un extractor construido en polipropileno para evitar un r\u00e1pido deterioro a causa de la corrosi\u00f3n por humedad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo se aconseja a la empresa que el conducto de desag\u00fce respete el di\u00e1metro del tubo de descarga para evitar p\u00e9rdidas de carga excesivas que reducir\u00edan la efectividad de la
