Casing
Patented modular system ISOSTREAM® with wall panels of thickness 45 mm made from galvanized steel sheets with RAL 9002 (grey-white) external paint. Panels are filled with acoustic and thermal insulation from non-combustible mineral wool. For easy servicing the unit casing is fitted with openable door with locks or fully detachable panels. The unit frame is made from aluminium profiles and the wall panels are bolted to the frame. The condensate outlets from the heat recovery exchanger and cooler are located at the lower unit panel and are ready for connection of the anti-odor trap. Optionally the unit casing can be fitted with atypical surface protection with higher corrosion resistance.
Fans
The fan with backward-curved blades is installed at the supply and exhaust side of the unit. The impeller is made from composite material and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motors
EC motor is mounted directly on the fan impeller. The fan motor can be steplessly controlled by external signal 0…10 V. The motor is fitted with its own built-in thermal protection. Motor efficiency class IE4, protection IP54.
Recuperator
The recuperation counterflow heat exchanger with completely separated supply and exhaust air flow is made from aluminium. The recuperator is fitted with a bypass with damper, which fully controls the air supply to heat exchanger or bypass. Optionally, the recuperator can be supplemented with a circulation or mixing damper (marking C or MX).
Filters
On the supply air intake and exhaust air intake 2 compact filter elements of various filter classes of thickness 48 mm or 1 filter element of thickness 96 mm (for sizes DV 1800 to 7800) can be placed. For sizes DV 500, 800, 1200, only one filter element of thickness 48 mm can be installed. The filters are available in the filter classes from G4 to F9. Access to filters through inspection door on the operator side of the unit. In case of multi-stage filtration, the unit can be supplemented with MFL (or IFL) filter cassettes with MFR (or IFR) filter cartridges designed for use in piping.
Dampers
The aluminium control dampers prepared for the installation of the servo-drive are integrated on the supply air intake and exhausted air intake. The dampers comply with the tightness class 2 acc. to EN1751. Optionally, the unit can be supplemented with the flaps in the tightness class 3.
Air heaters and coolers
Depending on the variant, the unit is fitted with water or electric air heater. For cooling of air during summer the unit is fitted with water cooler or direct evaporator. For bivalent heating, the evaporator can be in reversible variant. Evaporators are designed for R410A and R32 refrigerants as standard. As standard, water heaters and coolers are fittedwith copper tubes and aluminium segments in the galvanized steel frame. The exchangers can be optionally fitted with supplementary anti-corrosion protection to improve the corrosion resistance. As standard, the electric heaters are fitted with smooth heating rods and are fitted with operational thermostats with activation temperature of 60 °C and an emergency thermostat with manual reset and activation temperature of 120 °C.
