Cabinet
Patented ISOSTREAM® modular system with wall panels of thickness 45 mm, which are made of galvanized steel sheet with external coating in shade RAL9002 (gray-white). The panels are lined with acoustic and thermal insulation from inflammable glass mineral wool. To facilitate service, the cabinet of the unit is equipped with an openable door with locks. The square sockets are ready to fit a damping insert with 20 mm frame. The frame of the unit is made of aluminium profiles, the wall panels are screwed to the frame. The condensate water outlets from the recovery exchanger and cooler are located always at the lower unit panel and are ready for connection of anti-smell air trap. Optionally, the unit case can be fitted with atypical surface protection of higher corrosion resistance.
Fans
A fan with backward curved blades is mounted on the supply and exhaust side of the unit. The impeller is made of composite material and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motors
EC motor is assembled directly on the fan impeller. The fan motor can be continuously controlled by an external signal 0 to 10 V. The motor is equipped with its own built-in thermal protection. Motor efficiency class IE4, electric motor protection IP54.
Regenerator
Rotating regeneration exchanger for transfer of heat or transfer of heat and humidity simultaneously. The exchanger is designed for operation with ambient temperature from -20 °C to +55 °C. The rotor is alternatively wound from flat and shaped layer of the aluminium foil. The wave standard height is 1.6 mm. The rotor case is made from galvanized support profiles. Tightness between the rotor and cabinet is provided by brush sealing; for sizes 6000 to 7800 the rotor is fitted with flushing chamber. Optionally a labyrinth rotor sealing with average leakage rate below 1.5 % of volumetric flow can be fitted. The rotating exchanger drive consists from electric motor with warm transmission, pulley and belt. Electric motor supply voltage is 1x 230 V / 50 Hz or 3x 230 V / 50 Hz.
Filters
On the supply air intake and exhaust air intake it is possible to place 2 filtration cassette elements of different classes of filtration of thickness 48 mm or 1 filtration element of thickness 96 mm (for units of sizes 800 it is possible to house only single filter of thickness 48 mm). Filters are available in classes from G4 to F9. Access to the filters is via the inspection door on the service side of the unit. In case of multi-stage filtration, the unit can be supplemented with MFL filtration cartridges with MFR filtration inserts, which are intended for installation in pipes.
Electrical connection
The supply voltage of the units is 1x230 V / 50 Hz or 3x400 V / 50 Hz depends on the equipment of the unit. Inlet cables, sensor cables, power cables to the fans are passed to the unit through plastic penetration holes in the unit walls. Rubber grommets are prepared inside the unit for cable routing with membrane.
