DESIGNED FOR AN EASY INSTALLATION
Decentralized heat recovery unit with high efficiency counterflow heat exchanger (up to 92%) and low consumption EC motors. The unit assures a continuous and balanced ventilation system, extracting stale air from the indoor spaces and replacing it with fresh air from outside, previously filtered.
Applications
Air renewal in schools, commercial premises, offices, hotels, public buildings. Its “non-ducted” conception simplifies the installation of the unit, making it an ideal solution to improve indoor air quality in existing buildings that do not have a ventilation system
Construction
Made of a self-supporting structure composed of two layers: Inner layer of galvanized steel with internal M1 thermo acoustic insulation of melamine foam 10 mm. thickness, 9,5 kg/m3 density. and outer layer made of aluminum white painted.
Access to filters and fans through the existing hinged doors in the lower side of the equipment. Included 4 brackets for ceiling fixing.
Heat recovery: High efficiency counter-flow heat exchanger made in aluminium.
High efficiency fans with EC motor including integrated electronic protection. Integrated dampers (Aluminum slats with actuator in supply air side and backdraft damper in exhaust side).
Control
Integrated ADVANCED controller. Main characteristics:
- Airflow manual and automatic adjustment.
- Bypass automatic control for freecooling and heat exchanger frost protection.
- Pre-heater and post-heater power control.
- Alarms indication.
- Modbus communication
Filters
- ISO coarse 60% and ISO ePM1 50% filters (G4+F7) in the supply air side.
- ISO ePM10 50% filter (M5) in the extract air side.
