BELT DRIVEN CABINET FANS 

CFK Series

Range of backward curved wheel and belt drive cabinet fans manufactured from galvanised steel sheet, aluminium profile structure and internally lined with melamine acoustic insulation (M1). All models incorporate a double inlet high pressure backward centrifugal fan mounted on anti-vibration mounts and flexible coupling at the discharge. Supplied as standard in horizontal discharge (code H) configuration with motor, pulley and belt assembly on the right-hand side of the unit when viewed from the discharge end.

Certification
All models are licensed to bear the AMCA seal. The rating shown are based on test and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 211 and AMCA Publication 311 and comply with the requirements of the AMCA Certified Ratings Program. The AMCA certified rating seal applies to air performance, sound, FEI and FEG for all models.

Motors
All motors are three phase, IP55, IE3 and class F insulation.
Supply voltage 400V ± 10% and 50Hz.
Motors are speed controllable by frequency inverter.

Impeller
Doble inlet high pressure backward impeller manufactured in steel, finished in zinc rich primer and polyester powder coating with salt spray rating up to 1000 hours (ASTM B117). All wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to G2.5 in accordance to ISO 21940.

The belt-driven assembly can be supplied at the left-hand side of the unit (code L)

Vertical discharge (code V) configuration.
Double skin panels with fireproof insulation (M0) of 17mm thickness fiberglass for acoustic and thermal insulation (code 2S).
