New direct-drive acoustic ventilation units with improvements in airtightness, robustness, ease of assembly and repairability. Ventilation units with low noise levels, made from aluminium profiles and sandwich-type panels, with non-flammable (M0) 25 mm thick glass fibre acoustic insulation, backward-curved centrifugal impeller and dynamically balanced. Installation possible in any mounting position. Standard configuration with inline airflow but with outlet configurable as required.
Motors CVAB-N Single-phase motors 230V±10%, 50/60Hz, IP55, Class F, thermal protector and voltage adjustable. Operating temperature -40ºC to 60ºC.
CVAT-N Three-phase motors 400V±10% 50/60Hz, IP55, Class F and frequency adjustable. Thermal protector (TP) except for models 710 and 800 which use PTC type. PTC option available on other models upon request. Operating temperature -40ºC to 60ºC.
ATEX Versions Available on request, except sizes 710 and 800, explosion-proof versions according to the ATEX Directive for three-phase models:
For operation at temperatures from -20ºC to +40ºC.
- Flameproof - Gas II 2G Exd IIB T4 II 2G Exd IIB+H2 T4 (with Exd IIC T4 motor) In the standard ATEX version, flameproof motors are supplied without thermal protection. For use with frequency converters, order flameproof motors with PTC-type thermal protection.
- Increased safety - Gas (cannot be used with frequency converters). II 2G Exe IIC T3
Notes: electrical data may vary for ATEX motors.
- To select CVAT ATEX, use performance curves or Easyvent and allow for a 30% reduction in performance compared to the standard version.
- Electrical data may vary for ATEX motors.
- External dimensions may vary depending on size.
