ROOF MOUNTED AXIAL FLOW FANS
THGT-HATCH Series

Combining a motorized hatched enclosure and a mechanical extract fan, the THGT-HATCH is a roof-mounted unit designed for vertical smoke extract in fire conditions.
F400-120 certification for dual purpose as per EN 12101-3 (0370-CPR-3963).

Fan
THGT series fan, with long casing configuration and Form A, for easy impeller access for maintenance.
High corrosion resistance through hot dip galvanized finish for casing and motor support.
Dynamically balanced impellers, made of high grade aluminium blades and hubs.
Hubs also made from pressed steel sheet, depending on the diameter and temperature requirements.
2 Poles version with aluminium impellerhub formed from a one piece casting.

Hatch
Designed and built for ease of installation and commissioning, energy savings and to withstand severe weather conditions.
Standard design base for roof curb mounting.
Mounting through roof on beams or purlins possible with JBS-HATCH accessory.
Air tightness < 3m3/h/m2 @ 50Pa.
Insulation value U = 0,42W/(m2K) thanks to thermal break.
Snow Load SL 1000.
Wind Load WL 200.
Ambient temperature -5ºC to +50ºC.
Opening mechanism for 20,000 cycles.
Includes contacts for open/closed position monitoring.
Connections for motor and powered actuators via independent external terminal boxes.

Motors & Hatch electrical supply
Single speed motors in 2, 4 or 6 poles.
Two speed motors, in 2/4, 4/8 or 6/12 poles.
Motors are IP55, class H insulation.
Three phase 220-240/380-415 50Hz up to 3kW.
Three phase 380-415V 50Hz, for higher power and two speed motors.
Suitable for inverter control.
In emergency operation, direct protected power supply.
Motorized actuators for 220-240V 50Hz IP 65.
