Our Brand
-
Proprietary Technology
For Soler & Palau to become strong and establish itself over time, it needed to rely on creativity and offer unique products, avoiding imitating what others were doing. Throughout its history, Soler & Palau has registered 120 patents, more than 59 industrial designs, and 4 utility models.
-
Internationalization and Growth
Soler & Palau clearly understood that the company’s future relied on opening up to the world and entering new markets with high levels of competitiveness. This required continuous product improvement. Today, Soler & Palau is a global leader in ventilation, with production centers in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. A strong distribution structure, through subsidiaries and exclusive distributors, enables Soler & Palau to be present in all global markets, providing coverage and service.
-
Self-Financing
One of Soler & Palau’s strengths has been its independent growth and a policy of reinvesting profits in research, production, and commercialization. This has allowed Soler & Palau to remain self-financed, giving it full independence in decision-making.
Soler & Palau was founded in 1951 by Mr. Eduard Soler and Mr. Josep Palau. During these early years of our company’s history, we worked with determination and perseverance to ensure that Soler & Palau Ventilation Group would expand beyond our borders and reach a global scale.
We are proud to have taken this journey alongside all the people who are and have been part of this project. Our corporate strategy defines how we want to position ourselves in the market and the path to follow in order to achieve our goals without losing sight of the values that shape our corporate culture. Based on the pillars of Teamwork, Proximity, and Respect for Individual Diversity, we have designed our company to maintain an international presence while applying local policies under the umbrella of a global philosophy. The strength of our results allows us to self-finance and continuously invest to remain pioneers in research, development, and innovation.
We anticipate the needs of a constantly evolving market by incorporating new products and ventilation solutions into our catalogue, focused on efficiency and energy savings. A highly motivated, demanding, and honest team puts its best effort into achieving a high level of product quality and providing the best service to our customers.
We work every day to uphold our values and strive to improve our training and knowledge with the goal of consolidating our leadership in the ventilation market and strengthening our relationships with clients and partners.
