Double promotions underpin our growth

We have announced a double promotion in our senior leadership team to help accelerate ambitious growth plans in 2021, with Alex Finch and Lee Page being promoted to the positions of Managing Director and Sales Director respectively.

 

We have reported positive demand over the last year despite the pandemic in all its markets including H&V, OEM and wholesale. As the sole UK distributor of commercial, industrial and residential fans and ventilation systems, we are expecting further strong sector-wide uplift as lockdown restrictions are lifted.

 

Alex Finch joined the Suffolk-based firm as a Financial Controller in 2013 and was promoted to Financial Director six years later before being confirmed as the new Managing Director.

 

Alex said: "I am very pleased to have been appointed as Managing Director at S&P UK and look forward to continue driving sustainable growth and outstanding customer service to our diverse UK customer base.

 

"We showed a lot of resilience and innovation to stay competitive in a difficult 2020 but our hard work is paying off with growing levels of business and enquiries for our products and services that continue to diversify to meet new and emerging trends and opportunities.

 

We're seeing this rising tide of confidence right across the sector and we hope it points to a much brighter future with lockdown ending soon. I think we all have a spring in our step but we can’t get complacent. We must remain flexible and agile to achieve our goals in 2021."

 

Meanwhile, Lee Page has risen through the ranks, joining S&P UK in 2012 as Regional Sales Manager before advancing to National Sales Manager in 2015 and Sales Director in 2021.

 

Lee is responsible for the company's H&V division which provides indoor air quality solutions for commercial, retail, catering and other sectors. Key products include heat recovery, air handling units, and EC fans.

 

Lee said: "l'm thrilled to be the new Sales Director at S&P UK. I believe we’re heading in the right direction despite all the challenges thanks to our strong product range as well as our commitment to being flexible, keeping it simple, and valuing the quality of our reputation.
