Here at S&P UK, we pride ourselves on our customer service, from inquiry to installation. To continue this support, we are pleased to announce that we have extended the warranties on a range of our products.

 

As standard, we offer a comprehensive two-year warranty on most of our products. However, we are proud to announce we have introduced a new, longer warranty period for a range of products from our residential range!

 

These newer warranties range from three to seven years and can apply to no-fault issues with your unit. Three of our products have this update:

 

EcoAir: New Three-Year Warranty

 

The EcoAir is an energy-efficient bathroom extract fan with a 3-year warranty. Designed for continuous low-energy operation, it features DC motors for quiet, reliable performance. The fan also includes a removable and washable filter for easy maintenance and backdraught shutters to prevent reverse airflow. Its compact design and low noise levels make it ideal for maintaining good air quality in bathrooms and utility rooms.

 

Silent Dual & TD Silent - New Five-Year Warranty

 

The Silent Dual comes with a 5-year warranty and is designed for optimal, hands-free ventilation. It automatically adjusts its performance based on ambient conditions, using integrated presence detection and humidity sensors to meet ventilation requirements without user input. The fan includes thermal protection for enhanced safety and durability. The Silent Dual offers a smart, efficient solution for maintaining air quality and comfort in any space.

 

The TD-SILENT offers ultra-quiet mixed-flow duct fans designed for noise-sensitive environments. Key features include speed-controllable motors, thermal protection, and a 360º rotating connection box for easy installation. Suitable for both residential and commercial use, they effectively balance efficiency and noise reduction.

 

Silent Design, New Seven-Year Warranty

 

The Silent Design now comes with an impressive 7-year warranty, offering long-term peace of mind. With a powerful airflow of up to 300 m³/hr. Available in 4” 5” and 6” models. it effectively removes moisture and odors, ensuring a fresher, drier bathroom environment. Its silent operation minimises noise disruption, making it ideal for home use. The fan also includes backdraught shutters as standard to prevent air backflow, and air guide vanes for optimised airflow efficiency. Combining modern elegant design in many different colours to fit your décor. With high performance low energy motors, this fan is a reliable and quiet solution for any bathroom, utility or kitchen ventilation
