EBC, cylindrical cased axial flow fans, with motor out of air flow

The EBC range transmission tubular helical fans have motors outside the air flow. In addition, these fans are equipped with sturdy hot-dip galvanized Fe 360 B sheet steel jacket with double flange and inspection door. These helical fans are equipped with propeller and aluminum alloy hub, with dynamically balanced variable blades. Transmission protection is also included. The transmission elements are totally insulated from the air flow and the sheet metal is painted using cataphoresis and polyurethane paint. The working temperature of these tubular helical fans ranges from -20ºC to +180ºC.

This fan series has 2 mounting systems:

Transmission drive system 9 with liner-supported engine

System 12 of coupling to transmission with the fan and the motor supported by the bench. This option is only available with steel bushing.

On request, these fans can be manufactured to work up to 300º continuous, in stainless steel AISI version or in watertight version for particular applications.

EFC, tubular helical fans with Fe 360B sheet steel jacket

The transmission tubular helical fans, with engine outside the airflow of the EFC range, have a sturdy Fe 360 B sheet steel jacket with double flange and inspection door. These fans are equipped with propeller and hub made of aluminium alloy, with variable blades, dynamically balanced. Transmission protection is included. The painting of the sheet metal is carried out by means of cataphoresis and polyurethane painting. The working temperature of these fans is between -20ºC and +40ºC.

The tubular helical fans of the EFC range have two mounting systems:

Transmission coupling system 9 with the engine supported by the jacket.

System 12 of coupling to transmission with the fan and the motor supported by the bench. This option is only available with steel bushing. The motors of these fans are three-phase 230/400V-50Hz.
