CONSTANT FLOW
Centrifugal roof fans low-profile, self-regulating, horizontal discharge centrifugal roof fans, composed of a brushless direct current (DC) external rotor motor, backward-curved centrifugal impeller, bird protection grille, galvanized steel base, aluminum cover, and an on/off switch.
Motors
Brushless DC high-efficiency motor with low consumption, ball bearings, built-in thermal protector, and capable of operating at temperatures from -20ºC to +40ºC.
Single-phase version: 230V±10% 50/60Hz, IP44.
Three-phase version: 400V±10% 50/60Hz, IP54.
Integrated Control
Supplied with integrated plug & play control preconfigured to operate at constant pressure (COP). The electronics include a potentiometer and relays that allow us to regulate the fan and modify the operating modes: COP, CAV, VAV, MIN/MAX. Additionally, the electronics incorporate:
- Remote ON/OFF relay.
- Boost relay.
- Night mode relay.
- Switched alarm relay.
- Connection for Modbus RTU communication.
Constant Pressure Mode (COP)
- Minimum fan speed between 0-50%.
- Maximum fan speed between 50-100%.
- Night position adjustable between 25-100% of pressure at maximum speed.
Constant Air Volume Mode (CAV)
- Minimum fan speed between 0-50%.
- Maximum fan speed between 50-100%.
- Night position adjustable between 25-100% of air volume at maximum speed.
Variable Air Volume Mode (VAV)
- Up to 2 analog inputs, 0-10V or 4-20mA.-
- Maximum demand selection when 2 analog inputs are connected.
- Minimum fan speed between 0-50%.
- Maximum fan speed between 50-100%.
- Alarm relay output.
Minimum-Maximum Mode
- Digital input for speed selection.
- Minimum fan speed between 0-50%.
- Maximum fan speed between 50-100%.
Wireless Connection
By purchasing the SPCM-WS ECOWATT PLUS accessory, we can connect a smartphone to the electronics via offline WI-FI connection. Using the web application, we can configure the fan in an easy and intuitive environment. Additionally, we can make advanced adjustments and schedule programming.
