MFL-G4, filtration boxes supplied with G4 filter.

Filter housings of the MFL-G4 range are supplied with G4 gravimetric filter. These boxes are capable of filtering more than 90% of the particles over 10 microns. These boxes are suitable for outdoor mounting and are made of galvanized sheet steel. The filter housings of the MFL-4 range have circular flanges with sealing gaskets and easy-opening cover for quick and easy replacement. This type of filtration box is usually used to protect the batteries from dirt.

IFL-G4, filtration boxes with built-in filters

The filter housings of the IFL-G4 range are made of galvanised sheet steel and have an access door for easy filter replacement. The filter housings of the IFL-G4 range can be installed in any position and withstand a maximum working temperature of up to 80º. The maximum pressure differential recommended for these boxes is 200 Pa.

MFL-F, supplied filtration boxes without built-in filter, for mounting MFR-F filters

The range of filter housings supplied without built-in filter housings of the MFL-F range are suitable for outdoor mounting and are made of galvanised sheet steel. These boxes have circular flanges with sealing gaskets and an easy opening cover, which allows the filter to be changed quickly.

The filters indicated for mounting in the filtration boxes of the MFL-F range are those of the MFR-F range, which can be of different types:

- MFR F5

F5 class filters (EU5).

Maximum working temperature: 80ºC.

Maximum required pressure drop: 300 Pa.

- MFR F6

Class F6 (EU6) filters.

Maximum working temperature: 80ºC.

Maximum required pressure drop: 350 Pa.

- MFR F7

Class F7 (EU7) filters.

Maximum working temperature: 80ºC.

Maximum required pressure drop: 400 Pa.

- MFR F8

Class F8 (EU8) filters.

Maximum working temperature: 80ºC.

Maximum required pressure drop: 400 Pa.

- MFR F9

Class F9 (EU9) filters.

Maximum working temperature: 80ºC.

Maximum required pressure drop: 400 Pa.
